Routines to improve your technique

Content:

VIDEO 1 - WARM UP TECHNIQUE AND CORE: Exercises to do before any class/rehearsal to activate the legs, feet and abdominals.

VIDEO 2 - FEET: Ankles and feet flexibility and strength!

VIDEO 3 - FLEXIBILITY: Increasing flexibility of the hamstrings, quads and inner thighs.

VIDEO 4 - TURN OUT: Increasing the turn out by isolating the muscles.

Designed for students to show improvement after working on their on for about 30 min daily for 6 weeks.
