Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Cancellations for private, semi private lessons and coaching sessions need to be made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled session to qualify for a refund. You might reschedule online 24h prior to the lesson or contact us directly to find another time that fits prior to the 24h time before your session. In case on emergency (one/first time basis), exceptions can be made at the coach’s discretion.

Should the coach have to cancel at the last minute due to an emergency and the student has already paid, either a full refund will be given or the cost of the session will be credited to their next session.

Release of Liability:

By scheduling either through the online portal or directly to the instructors, you agree to voluntarily participate in the activities and exercises given at your own risk.

Confidentiality:

What is shared on any coaching session is 100% confidential. And if something were to be disclosed the parent, student and coach will have to agree ahead of time.

Release of press private lessons and workshops:

By scheduling you agree that photos or videos might be taken for social media purposes during either online and/or in person lessons unless the student or parents request otherwise.
